Beckwith selected to serve on National PACE Association Public Policy and Education committees
(FORT MYERS, Fla.) – Hope Healthcare President and CEO Samira K. Beckwith has been selected by the National PACE Association to serve on the Public Policy and Education committees for 2021-2022. The Public Policy committee monitors legislative activity that impacts PACE, while the Educational committee assists in selecting and directing the content and focus of NPA’s educational programming. An NPA member since 2009, Beckwith also currently sits on the National PACE Association Board of Directors.
Beckwith was an innovator for bringing PACE – the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly – to Florida as founding president of the state’s PACE Providers Association in 2010. Under Beckwith’s nearly three decades of leadership as CEO, Hope has experienced tremendous growth and offers five PACE Centers throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte County to seniors at risk for nursing home placement by keeping them healthy, comfortable, and independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
Hope PACE provides adult day care at Hope Care Centers, where participants receive nutritious meals, social engagement through games and activities, and light exercise for strength and mobility.
