Registration Information
Registration Opens October 2
Registration for the 2027 NPHI Summit opens October 2, immediately following the close of our Washington Leadership Conference, and will remain open through March 25, 2027.
The NPHI Summit is a members-only event. Space and our discounted hotel block can fill quickly, so we encourage members to register and secure accommodations early.

Regular — $1,195
January 16–March 25, 2027
Bringing the Team? Save 10%.
We encourage organizations to bring multiple members of their team! Register 5 or more attendees at the same time and receive 10% off your registration.
Don’t know exactly who is attending yet? No problem. You can register using placeholders such as Person 1, Person 2, Person 3, and update attendee information later.
How to Register
Click any of the orange Register buttons throughout the Summit website to access our Eventzilla registration page.
You’ll need the member unlock code, which can be found on your Member Portal dashboard and in NPHI’s weekly member emails and Summit communications.
Once inside:
- Add your Summit registration ticket to your cart.
- Complete checkout to secure your place.
- Look for your confirmation email, which will include access to the discounted Summit hotel block.
You do not need to purchase everything at once. Come back at any time to add continuing education, Pre-Summit events, or your Summit Celebration ticket.
Don’t Miss the Summit Celebration
We want to see everyone there for one of our favorite Summit traditions: the Summit Celebration on Wednesday, April 21.
Held on the final evening of the Summit, it’s the highlight of the week every year — a chance for the entire NPHI community to come together, celebrate, and enjoy one final evening in Austin.
Your ticket price covers the cost of your meal; NPHI and our sponsors cover the remaining cost of the celebration.

Where do I find the unlock code to register?
You can find it in the weekly emails we send or on the dashboard of the Member Portal by clicking here.
Do I need to purchase everything in one go?
No. You do not need to purchase everything at once. You can come back at any time to register for the Celebration Dinner, Continuing Education, and Pre-Summit events.
To receive the 10% discount for 5+ registrations, all five or more attendees must be registered at the same time. You do not need to know the names of every attendee when you register. You can simply enter “Person 1,” “Person 2,” and so on, and we will collect the final attendee names at a later date.
Are there any special discounts on registration?
Yes. You can receive an additional 10% off your registration if you register 5+ people at the same time.
We also offer a heavily discounted “fall special” registration through October 23rd, 2026, followed by an “early bird” discounted registration through January 15th, 2027.
