Robin Shultz, LCSW, ACC, ACHP-SW, is a clinical social worker and executive coach with deep expertise in behavioral health, geriatrics and serious illness. She currently serves as NPHI’s Vice President of Member Experience & Programs, strengthening member connection and collaboration across the organization.
Robin’s clinical foundation spans some of healthcare’s most vulnerable populations. From NICU social work supporting infants and their families, to founding and leading a health system’s first internally-led palliative care program, to later overseeing mental/behavioral health and substance use programs through the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. As Director of Geriatrics and Advanced Illness, she launched a nonprofit model for in-home primary care for geriatric patients, building partnerships and networks to strengthen care coordination for older adults. Robin also led work running an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) focused on value-based outcomes for this population.
Earlier in her career, she led a nonprofit child and family services agency as Executive Director, and before entering healthcare, spent four years on Capitol Hill working in policy and advocacy.
Robin holds a B.A. in Journalism and Digital Storytelling from the University of Oklahoma and an MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
