About the Role: MiraSol Health is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to serve as the organization’s operational leader, reporting directly to the CEO. This role oversees all daily operations across MiraSol Health’s four programs, with full accountability for operational performance, care delivery efficiency, and cross-functional integration of Finance, HR, Marketing & Sales, and IT. The position requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 5+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, and strong financial acumen with experience in budgets and reimbursement models.
