About the Role: The Connecticut Hospice, America’s first hospice, is seeking a dedicated Associate Medical Director to help lead its healthcare team. The role includes oversight of care on the Inpatient Unit, Home Health, GUIDE, and Palliative Care programs; supervising medical staff; collaborating on utilization management strategies; leading research initiatives; and sharing on-call responsibilities. An MD or DO is required, along with board certification in a relevant specialty, hospice and palliative care certification, and extensive experience in hospital settings.
