Dina Teclu serves as NPHI’s Operations and Engagement Coordinator, drawing on her experience in global nonprofit program management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
She supports NPHI’s leadership and members by coordinating programs, strengthening engagement, and ensuring mission-critical work moves forward efficiently and effectively.
Dina began her career in global health and development, supporting international programs and innovations across sub-Saharan Africa and other low- and middle-income countries. She spent several years with the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, where she advanced from Program Coordinator to Associate Program Officer. In these roles, she provided direct support to leadership on organizational priorities, including preparing agendas and materials, facilitating strategic discussions, and translating complex conversations into clear next steps to drive alignment and execution.
Dina grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and currently lives in Washington, DC, where she enjoys exploring the food scene with her fiancé, Corey. Outside of work, she is passionate about all things creative – from crocheting and making handmade gifts to planning thoughtful experiences, hosting book clubs, and bringing people together.
