Carole Fisher

Carole is the President of NPHI, a role she has held since 2021, helping lead the organization and its team in supporting the nation’s only exclusive alliance of nonprofit, community-based hospice and palliative care providers. Under her leadership, NPHI drives strategic partnerships, meaningful collaborations, and transformative innovations to advance high-quality, mission-driven end-of-life care.

Beyond her role at NPHI, Carole is a motivational speaker and executive coach, using the power of storytelling to inspire individuals to own their stories, find purpose in their experiences, and achieve success. She also works with leaders to build dynamic, high-performing teams that drive meaningful change.

As a seasoned C-suite advisor, innovator, and public policy advocate, Carole has successfully led and transformed nonprofit and mission-driven healthcare operations for the past 40 years. She has experience in growing and transforming companies and preparing organizations for navigating unforeseen and unanticipated events. Additionally, Carole has proven background in increasing market share, contracting with payers, building specialty provider networks, developing and integrating cutting-edge technology, facilitating M&A mid-size transactions, and is well respected for her ability to merge cultures and teams. She brings this experience to her position at NPHI in addition to her role as an executive coach.

Carole is the former President and CEO of Nathan Adelson Hospice. In a fiercely competitive market, she positioned the organization as a nationally known industry leader respected for its clinical advancements and innovations. Under her leadership, Nathan Adelson Hospice was recognized for eight years by Modern Healthcare Magazine as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in the United States.

Between 2023 and 2024, Carole hosted the acclaimed true crime podcast The Girlfriends, which explores justice and female solidarity. Produced by NOVEL for iHeartRadio, the series reached #1 on podcast charts in six countries. Her advocacy efforts led her to become the first Global Ambassador for NOMORE.org in 2024, helping amplify the fight against domestic violence and abuse worldwide.

Carole holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master’s Certification in Organizational Leadership from the Thayer Institute. She is an adjunct faculty member at Teleios University, President of The Center Foundation Board (Las Vegas) advocating for the LGBTQ+ community and serves on the boards of the Thayer Institute and Global Partners in Care.
