Samantha Greenbaum, MPH, serves as the Education & Quality Coordinator at NPHI, where she supports the implementation of Innovation Lab initiatives by advancing educational programming and strengthening continuous quality improvement efforts across a national network of nonprofit providers.
Her work focuses on designing and operationalizing education and quality initiatives that are both data-informed and deeply responsive to the evolving needs of the field. Samantha collaborates with subject matter experts, external partners, and member organizations to develop meaningful learning experiences and translate complex insights into actionable strategies that enhance care delivery and organizational performance.
Prior to joining NPHI, Samantha served as a Project Coordinator at the Jefferson AIDS Education and Training Center, where she supported statewide training and technical assistance initiatives focused on HIV care and workforce development. In this role, she collaborated with healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and public health partners to expand access to education and strengthen care delivery systems.
Samantha holds a Master of Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University. She is passionate about advancing health equity, strengthening the healthcare workforce, and building sustainable systems that support high-quality, community-based care. She enjoys reading, painting, and traveling, and spent two months studying abroad in Rome during her graduate studies. At home, she finds balance in quiet moments with her three cats, creative pursuits, and planning her next adventure.
