About the Role: Agrace, a nationally recognized nonprofit leader in hospice and palliative care, is seeking an experienced executive to lead its hospice homecare business through its next phase of growth. The VP will provide executive leadership for home-based hospice operations with full accountability for performance, growth, access, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading existing hospice homecare services, identifying expansion opportunities, overseeing admissions and access models, and serving as a senior leader shaping organizational strategy. A BSN with MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Administration or MSW is required, along with at least 5 years of executive leadership and 10 years of progressive supervisory experience in healthcare.
Additional Information: For more than 45 years, Agrace has been an innovator and leader in caring for patients and families and in educating others about death, dying, and grief. They are the largest hospice provider in Wisconsin.
