Salary: $90,000 – $105,000/year
About the Role: Hospice of Laramie is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee the delivery of clinical services, ensure high standards of patient care, and manage healthcare teams within the community and the Hospice House facility. The role serves as a bridge between administration and clinical staff and includes team leadership, patient-focused care coordination, scheduling, documentation monitoring, IDT meeting coordination, and regulatory compliance. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or nursing and an active Wyoming RN license are required, along with 3 years of clinical experience and 1-2 years of leadership experience.
