We’re thrilled to welcome Sally Shashviashvili and CB Wismar to our growing team and are excited to have their expertise driving our work forward.

As Administrative Coordinator, Sally Shashviashvili will support membership operations, internal communications, and executive scheduling while also providing key assistance to the leadership team. With a strong background in member engagement, project leadership, and cross-functional operations, Sally brings more than eight years of experience helping mission-driven teams streamline processes and enhance impact. Her strategic mindset and commitment to service make her an excellent addition to the team.

CB Wismar will lead NPHI’s event strategy and production as our Events Producer, managing the Annual Summit, Winter Leadership Meeting, and Washington Leadership Conference. CB brings decades of creative and logistical experience producing large-scale national events for organizations like AARP, United Way Worldwide, and TIME. With a background in live event production, writing, and media, CB will help elevate how we connect with and celebrate our members through thoughtful, impactful events.

We’re excited to have Sally and CB on board as we continue to enhance our member engagement and build stronger connections with our members, including supporting them in more effective ways so they can focus on doing what they do best: delivering the best care possible to patients and families nationwide.
