NPHI is pleased to begin 2026 by strengthening its team with the addition of Jennifer Driscoll and Samira K. Beckwith.
Jennifer Driscoll, Operations Coordinator
Jennifer Driscoll joins NPHI from the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC), where she supported policy, strategy, and engagement efforts in the serious illness space. In her role at NPHI, Jennifer will support leadership and members by coordinating programs, strengthening engagement, and keeping mission-critical work moving forward.
Samira K. Beckwith, Senior Advisor, PACE
Samira K. Beckwith joins NPHI as Senior Advisor, PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly). A co-founder of NPHI and former Board Chair, Samira brings decades of leadership experience, including founding the second—and highly successful—PACE program in Florida at Hope Healthcare and being a founder of the Florida PACE provider association. Samira is currently the executive vice president for public policy at Chapters Health System and assumed this role in May 2023. In her advisory role at NPHI, she will support NPHI and its members in exploring and advancing PACE as a mission-driven, community-based model of care for older adults with complex needs.
NPHI is thrilled to welcome both Jennifer and Samira and looks forward to the impact they will have in supporting members and strengthening nonprofit, person-centered care.
