Patrice C. “Patti” Moore, APRN, RN, MSN, is the president and founder of The Watershed Group, a nationwide healthcare consulting and coaching company dedicated to helping organizations and individuals achieve advanced levels of success and fulfill their mission. Since 1999, Patti and The Watershed Group have tailored their services to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering positive growth and financial stability. A Certified High-Performance Coach, expert consultant, and thought leader in end-of-life care, Patti specializes in creating and sustaining high-performance cultures, even during periods of change and transition.
Before founding The Watershed Group, Patti served as executive director of Hospice of North Central Florida (now Haven Hospice), where she led the organization to national prominence. She began her career as a nurse, where her commitment to service and compassionate leadership first took root. Patti has also worked as a surveyor and consultant for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and has held leadership positions in key hospice and palliative care organizations. She is a former president of Florida Hospices and Palliative Care, Inc., a founding member of the National Hospice Work Group, a board member of the National Hospice Foundation, a founding board member of NPHI, and a board member at Oak Hammock CCRC in Gainesville, Florida. She has spoken widely on topics related to caring for the dying and end-of-life care.
Patti is the author of No Mission No Margin: Creating a Successful Hospice with Care and Competence and co-author of How Goes It With Your Soul.
She holds both a BSN and MSN from the University of Florida. Patti lives with her husband in Gainesville, Florida.
