Jennifer Driscoll serves as NPHI’s Operations Coordinator, drawing on her experience in serious illness policy, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
She supports NPHI’s leadership and members by coordinating programs, strengthening engagement, and ensuring mission-critical work moves forward efficiently and effectively.
Jennifer began her career in the hotel industry, where she spent many years as a Convention Manager. After seeking a new direction, her life took a meaningful turn in 2019 following two significant personal losses. During that time, she found C-TAC (Coalition to Transform Advanced Care), an organization that aligned deeply with her values and purpose. Jennifer has been with C-TAC for six years, most recently serving as Operations Director, where she played a key role in supporting the organization’s mission and growth.
Jennifer and her husband, Mark, live in Annapolis, Maryland. Outside of work, she is passionate about animal rescue and shares her home with her beloved rescue dog—a proud foster fail.
