He has served on multiple state and federal association boards, spoken at industry conferences, and provided consulting expertise to improve hospice and palliative care services.
As president and CEO of Western Reserve Care Solutions and Hospice of the Western Reserve, based in Cleveland, Bill leads one of the region’s most respected nonprofit hospice organizations. His commitment to compassionate care extends beyond leadership—he regularly volunteers as a caregiver in hospice inpatient units, further reinforcing his dedication to the field.
Bill holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Administration.
