Stephanie serves as NPHI’s Director of Member Services, providing strategic leadership across the full member lifecycle, including recruitment, application review, board approval, onboarding, engagement, and retention. She oversees the organization’s member infrastructure, including the member database and Member Portal, and leads the planning and execution of member-focused events and educational initiatives.
Stephanie also directs NPHI’s partnership and sponsorship programs, managing sponsor recruitment, engagement, and onboarding. In addition, she leads Innovation Lab initiatives, guiding the development of new industry guides and resources that advance best practices across the field. Through this work, she plays a central role in strengthening member value, expanding strategic partnerships, and ensuring a high-quality, seamless member experience.
Stephanie earned her B.A. degree from Georgetown University.
