Stephanie serves as the Director of Member Services at NPHI. In this capacity, she leads the administration and management of thousands of members, including all aspects of their interaction with NPHI.
Stephanie is responsible for maintaining the member database, all membership data metrics, including the collection and dissemination of annual member information, and managing access to and content on the Member Portal. She also assists with website management and handles internal communications through a weekly newsletter distributed to thousands of individuals across the United States. Additionally, Stephanie manages all in-person meeting administrative functions, facilitating registration, hotel reservation, and on-site check-in process for attendees, speakers, and sponsors, while also overseeing the Annual Summit program and event app.
Beyond these responsibilities, Stephanie supports numerous short- and long-term initiatives, including overseeing all NPHI Innovation Lab population health projects. She acts as a liaison between NPHI and partner organizations like the American Cancer Society, ensuring the timely completion of project pipelines and other internal tasks. Additionally, Stephanie manages the administration of NPHI’s Center for Education, facilitating smooth coordination between education partners and members.
Stephanie earned her B.A. degree from Georgetown University.
